What are Special Events?
Special events are anything from wedding dinner, luncheon, bridal shower, additional receptions, or any other special event for your wedding. You can even use it for non-wedding related invitations.
How will I know if they can come to the wedding?
Once your guest gets their email they will have the option to accept or decline the invitation, so you will know right away if they can or cannot come.
What if there are changes to the Wedding or Special Event, can I resend the invite?
Yes, you can continue to resend any invitations up to the amount you have purchased.
What if I want to add more guests to my roster?
You can add as many as Guests as you have paid for to your roster. If you still need to add more you can always purchase more roster spots.
Can I use Pay Pal?
We don’t currently accept payment from Paypal. We do accept all major credit cards, including the Paypal credit card.
Can I download my invitation?
Due to copyright laws surrounding the music and photographs, you are currently not able to download your invitation. However, your invitation is available at any time by logging into our site.
Can I edit my photo montage?
At anytime you can return to your invitation and make changes and resave it. As soon as your changes are made, your Guests will see your new invitation even if you have already sent the email to notify your Guest. You are welcome to change the invitation as often as you want. Just remember, that if you make event detail changes you may want to consider a resend to direct your Guests back to the invitation for the new details.
Can I break my Special Event invitations into two separate events?
Each special event (wedding invitations, save the date, etc.) will have its own details which are saved on that invitation. Your roster for that event is linked to that invitation. There isn’t a way to have two invitations linked to one roster. Therefore, you do need to purchase a second Special Event.
Why can’t I upload music from my Itunes?
Only MP3 files are accepted on our site. Remember, you do need to own or have permission to use the music you are uploading.
